If you're experiencing connectivity troubles with your eSIM on iOS, check sure you've followed all of the data access steps outlined in your eSIM app/website.

Check the compatible network on your eSIM app/website and follow these steps to connect:

Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile > choose your eSIM from the Cellular Plans menu > Network Selection > Disable Automatic > Choose the appropriate network.

You can also try changing your APN settings and checking if data roaming is enabled.
