1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on esimdata.co (the “Site”), operated by Global Data eSIM LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GDE”, “we”, “us”). By completing a purchase on the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. Any deviation from these Terms is valid only if agreed in writing by GDE.
2. Our service
2.1 GDE resells prepaid data eSIM plans (“Plans”) provided by our network partners. Plans provide mobile data only. They do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS unless the plan description states otherwise.
2.2 You can purchase a Plan without creating an account. At checkout, we collect your email address, billing details and payment information, as required to process and deliver your order. Purchases may also be made through our authorized partners, such as hotels or travel agencies.
2.3 We make reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service. However, mobile network service depends on local operators and conditions outside our control, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times and in all locations.
3. Device compatibility
3.1 You are responsible for making sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before you purchase. Compatibility can vary by device model, carrier and country of purchase.
3.2 The list of compatible devices shown on the Site is provided for guidance only and may not include every supported device.
3.3 Purchases made for a device that does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked are not eligible for a refund once the eSIM has been installed. See our Refund Policy.
4. Plans, data and validity
4.1 Data usage. Data is measured in 1 KB increments. 1 GB = 1,000 MB = 1,000,000,000 bytes.
4.2 Validity. The validity period of a Plan (for example, 7, 15 or 30 days) starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination. Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable.
4.3 Activation window. A Plan that has not been activated remains available for activation for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4.4 Unlimited plans. Unlimited plans include a daily allowance of high-speed data, as stated in the plan description. After the daily allowance is used, data continues at reduced speed until the allowance resets 24 hours after the start of that period.
4.5 Fixed data plans. Fixed data plans are not speed-restricted by GDE. Actual speeds depend on local network coverage, capacity and your device.
4.6 Regional plans. Regional plans use partner networks in each listed country, and the available networks may change over time.
4.7 Top-ups. Where available on the Site, additional Plans can be added to an existing eSIM within 12 months of its last use. After that, a new eSIM is required.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5.2 Payment is processed securely by the payment providers shown at checkout. GDE does not store your full card details.
5.3 Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These fees are not controlled or refunded by GDE.
6. Delivery
6.1 After successful payment, your eSIM is delivered by email, usually within a few minutes. The email includes a QR code, one-tap installation links, manual installation details and a link to your installation and data usage page.
6.2 If you have not received your eSIM within 1 hour, check your spam folder and then contact support@esimdata.co.
6.3 An eSIM can be installed only once. Do not delete it from your device while you still intend to use the Plan.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Plans are sold as described and cannot be changed or customized after purchase.
8. Acceptable use
8.1 You may not use the service in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, that harms the network, or that resells the service without our written permission.
8.2 We may suspend or terminate the service, and refuse or cancel orders, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will inform you before or as soon as possible after the suspension.
8.3 Suspected unauthorized purchases will be investigated before any refund. We may ask you to confirm your identity using the email address used for the purchase.
9. Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for charges from other SIM cards, phone providers, hotels or third parties.
9.2 GDE’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
