GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS' VALIDITY
All services provided by Global Data Esim LLC, henceforth referred to as GDE, in conjunction with the prepaid eSIM data reselling shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
The website esimdata.co contains the following terms and conditions. GDE will only accept alternative provisions in the event of a written, express agreement.
2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
2.1 REGISTRATION FOR USING GDE SERVICES
To use GDE services, the client must consent to the general terms and conditions. The following information is provided by the client directly on the website www.esimdata.co or through an intermediary of the service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency, etc.): Address First Name Last Name (billing address) Inbox address
2.2 RESELLING OF DATA eSIM
Prepaid Data eSIMs are resold by GDE. On the website www.esimdata.co, the consumer registers and purchases its Data eSIMs. Stripe (https://stripe.com) and Paypal (https://paypal.com) payment providers manages secure payments.
2.3. ESIMDATA ENGAGEMENTS
GDE will make a good faith effort to provide the highest level of service to the customer. GDE does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, delivered on time, safe, or without errors.
2.4. COMPATIBILITY WITH DEVICES
The customer is in charge of making sure the device is network-unlocked and eSIM compliant before he make a purchase. The list of supported devices is clearly shown and listed on the product page. The customer accepts responsibility for this information by clicking the box that reads, "I agree with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the site.." before proceeding with the transaction. The list of eSIM compatible devices is presented at home page and in product description, and customers must check it because device compatibility may vary depending on the carrier and place of origin. The list of devices that support eSIM is not complete, therefore there may be recently announced eSIM compatible devices that have not yet been added. GDE reserves the right not to refund the user if it is established that his device does not support eSIM technology.
2.5. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
The customer is not permitted to use the equipment or services offered by GDE in any way that endangers the network or is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive. GDE has the right to suspend the Customer's use of the Service if the Customer violates the duties set forth in this Section 2.4. As soon as it's practical to do so, GDE will inform the customer of the suspension. The Customer shall continue to pay any Charges owing under this Agreement in relation to the stopped Services during any term of suspension.
2.6 TECHNICAL DETAILS
Data Charging Increments
All bundles are deducted in 1 kb increments. 1GB = 1,000 MB = 1,000,000,000 bytes
Regional Bundle Network Coverage
Regional bundle coverage may vary to networks listed but always use tier one mobile network operators and in most cases multiple networks operators per country.
Data Throttling
All standard country and regional bundles are unthrottled which means users will always get the very best experience and quality of data available based on available network coverage
Unlimited bundles provide 1GB of data at unthrottled speeds per 24 hours and thereafter unlimited data at 512kbs. The 24h period is calculated from the point the bundle is first used. Each 24h period remaining the 1GB of unthrottled data will reset.
Bundle Validity Period & eSIM Top-Ups
Once purchased a data bundle remains available to use as a top-up or on a new eSIM for 12 months. The data bundle validity period (7 or 30 days) starts once the first 1 kb of data is used. An eSIM can be reused and topped up again up to 12 months after the last used date. After that date the eSIM will expire and the end-user will require a new one.
3.1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Supported payment methods are Credit Cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in US dollars ($). All transactions are processed securely by Stripe (https://stripe.com) and PayPal (https://paypal.com) payment providers.
3.2. USE FEE CHARGES
3.2.1 Unless otherwise stated, GDE declares that all Charges are not inclusive of VAT.
3.2.2. The customer is not permitted to offset any of its claims against those of GDE unless such claims are uncontested or have been upheld by an authoritative court decision.
4. Delivery
After the purchase, the purchaser will get a confirmation email . The product description will provide all the details necessary for installing the eSIM.
5. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND MODIFICATION POLICY
The customer is in charge of making sure the device is network-unlocked and eSIM compliant before he make a purchase.
GDE reserves the right not to refund the user if it is established that his device does not support eSIM technology.
If the eSIM cannot be installed and utilized because of a technical issue that GDE is responsible for, the customer has the right to request a refund or a modification.
5.1. Refund Policies and rules
5.1.1. Customer can request a refund if the activation of the eSIM is not possible. A refund request may be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
5.1.2. If the eSIM is already in use and a problem develops with GDE that cannot be fixed in a timely manner, a refund for the remaining data may be given.
5.1.3. The customer's early cooperation in finding a solution to the problem is absolutely important in order to receive a refund.
5.1.4. The validity period for each data bundle is maximum 30 days from first day of bundle usage. The leftover data will not be eligible for a refund of any kind when the validity period expires.
5.1.5 Compensation: Charges from different phones, different SIM cards, hotel phones, or any other charges that are not directly connected to the customer's GDE eSIM account shall not be subject to refunds or compensation of any type. (See our Terms and Conditions' Section 7 on LIABILITY AND WARRANTY.)
5.1.6. Fraudulent purchases: If there is any indication of misuse, a breach of our terms and conditions, or other fraudulent actions related to utilizing GDE products and services, GDE retains the right to refuse any kind of reimbursement and can stop service consumption to a customer.
5.1.7. Unauthorized purchases: Before processing any refunds, the matter will be investigated and approved. End customer might be asked to communicate through email address related to purchase. Any account connected to any type of fraudulent conduct may be suspended at GDE´s discretion. GDE can refuse some orders and refund a customer if fraudlent activity is suspected.
5.1.8 Accidental purchases: The eSIM will be regarded as utilized after users have installed it. There won't be any type of refund available. For unused eSIM data plans GDE can consider refund.
5.1.9. Incorrect charges: If the customer reasonably and in good faith disagrees with an invoice or a portion of it, the customer must notify GDE of the disagreement within 12 days of receiving the invoice. The notification must include information about the nature of the disagreement, including why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, the amount the customer believes is owed.
5.1.10 Other Causes: If the refund request falls outside of the categories mentioned above, we will look into it individually. If the refund is granted, there can be a processing charge. The most credit or refund a consumer may request must be equal to or lower than the entire price of their purchase.
5.1.11 PROCESS FOR REFUNDS
Contact the GDE support staff by using the Contact Us page or by sending an email to support@esimdata.co to make a refund request. Please be aware that the aforementioned refund policy will apply. Customers may be asked for additional information to support their refund request, depending on the nature of the problem, such as screenshots of the device settings for technical problems, explanations of why the invoiced amount is incorrect, and, if possible, an estimate of how much the customer believes is owed.
Depending on the bank, it may take 5–10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement once it has been processed and issued.
6. GDE eSIM data packages are sold as-is; after a customer has acquired them, no additional customizations or alterations can be made based on specific requirements.
7. THE CONTRACT'S BEGINNING, DURATION, AND TERMINATION
After placing an order on https://esimdata.co GDE and the consumer enter into a service agreement. The Customer is accountable for activating the eSIM and acknowledging that he checked if the device is not locked and that is eSIM compatible. If the consumer does not have a current data package installe on his device or has removed the eSIM from the device, the contract will be cancelled.
8. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
GDE disclaims liability for any harm caused by the proposed service's intermittent or nonexistent availability. GDE makes no promises regarding the network service's ongoing availability. Please email support@esimdata.co PRODUCTS with any requests.
