What is “PDP Authentication Failure”

This failure could be caused by problems with your eSIM's validity or settings.

Check to see if:

  1. You still have valid data on your eSIM.
  2. Your APN is configured in accordance with the installation procedure.
  3. You are connected to a network supported by the eSIM (the name of the supported network can be found on your eSIM App/Website).

If everything appears to be in order, try resetting your network settings and restarting your device.
