Calls and SMS are not permitted on our eSIM. Your phone number won't change.
But don't panic, you may still use WhatsApp or any other app to contact your friends and family in this situation. Your contacts and discussions won't be lost.
The eSIM's primary function is to provide international Internet access. But there are alternative possibilities if you require calls and messages while you are traveling.
