Can't get my eSIM to connect on Android

Check to see whether all of your settings are configured properly if you're experiencing problems with your internet connection.

Verify that Data Roaming is enabled in settings.

 

Connect eSim to Android

 

Access Point Name (APN) must be updated:

Access Point Names can be found under Settings > Network & Internet section > Mobile Networks. Choose "+" or "ADD" Change the APN settings here. Press "Save"

(Note: Your eSIM App/Website's installation information section is where you may see the APN Settings.)
